INTERIOR & ALFRESCO LINING

ATC supplies a large range of lining boards in a variety of sizes, profiles and finishes. Timbers include but are not limited to Victorian Ash, Western Red Cedar, Tasmanian Oak, Silvertop Ash, Blackbutt, Spotted Gum and Ironbark.

Internal timber lining boards add texture, warmth and style to any room. Create a bold, contemporary feature wall or ceiling and bring warmth to any indoor & alfresco area with lining.

Lining is normally supplied as a tongue and grooved board allowing for a concealed fix. Typical profiles are shiplap T&G or  V-Joint T&G.

Shiplap T&G

Shiplap lining is an interlocking Tongue & Groove system that is designed to be secret fixed so the screws/nails are not visible. Shiplap profile incorporates a square channel approx. 5-10mm (see image below).

V-Joint T&G

​

V-joint lining is an interlocking Tongue & Groove system that is designed to be secret fixed so the screws/nails are not visible. V-Joint allows timber boards to be joined together with a shadow line creating a decorative distinction between boards. Once fitted together, they form a V — hence the name.
